The purpose of this website is to provide a free source of aerial silks vocabulary that I have found on public pages on YouTube and Instagram. I have tagged them to the best of my knowledge with the understanding that aerial vocab differs. I have not tested all the moves included. Please proceed with caution and always train with appropriate rigging, mats and supervision.
